Branel Real Estate Company was born out of our desire to represent our clients with the highest level of integrity and expertise for all of their real estate needs. Having nearly sixty collective years of commercial real estate experience, including asset management, leasing, brokerage, and property management, Branel Real Estate Company brings the experience and knowledge in representing the client from the perspective of each unique real estate business deal. We approach each deal not simply from the transaction itself, but we bridge the gap between the buyer/seller and landlord/tenant to achieve the goals and objectives of the client. We have engaged with independent to international property owners and investors as well as local to large national operators, including federal, state, and local government tenants. We leverage innovation and technology as well as our established reputation to get the deals done.
Our president and designated Broker, Batoun Herrington, has spent over twenty-five years cultivating relationships with stakeholders in all facets inside and outside of the real estate community in Southern Arizona as well as the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Having worked on the operational side for most of her career, Batoun has a unique perspective on maximizing the performance of the real estate asset and employs the target strategy analyzing the varying dimensions of the unique asset’s performance coupled with the client’s goals and objectives for the most successful outcomes.
